Terms of Service

The service

Bagworkers lets signed-in users pin links to posts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, keep track of what they liked, shared and saved, and comment on the board.

We host links, previews and your own comments. We do not host the underlying posts — those stay on their original platform and remain governed by that platform's terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law requires it. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

One account per person. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.

Rules for what you post

Do not pin or write anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Do not spam. Rate limits apply, and repeatedly dumping your own promotional content is grounds for removal.

Do not attempt to inflate engagement counts, automate interactions, scrape the service, or circumvent moderation, rate limits or bans.

Do not misrepresent the source of a link or use the service to spread scams or coordinated misinformation.

Moderation

Any user can report a post. Posts reaching a report threshold are hidden automatically pending review.

Moderators may hide or remove content, and administrators may suspend or ban accounts, at their discretion and without prior notice where the content is clearly harmful.

Your content

You keep ownership of the comments and tags you write. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them on the service for as long as you leave them up.

You confirm you have the right to share any link you pin.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, email rickard@lindforge.dev identifying the work, the URL on this service, and your contact details, and confirming you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We remove infringing material promptly and terminate repeat infringers.

Third-party platforms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google or Facebook.

Access to those platforms depends on their APIs and embed tools, which they may change or withdraw at any time. Features that rely on them may stop working without notice.

Where an action cannot be performed through a platform's API, this service records only that you said you performed it, and labels it as unverified.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, and we may change or discontinue features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or 100 EUR. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We will announce material changes on the board before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the revised terms.
